NOTICE

We understand that sometimes you need catering at short notice. We do however need a minimum of 48 hours (TWO days) notice to whip up your order. For example, if catering is for Friday, it needs to be ordered on Tuesday. This allows us all day Wednesday and all day Thursday to prepare your goodies.

MINIMUM ORDER

$100

DELIVERY

We can deliver your goodies Mon-Fri between 8am-3:30pm.

DELIVERY FEE

Delivery is free as a bird if our minimum order of $100 is met. A delivery fee of $15 applies to orders under $100.

CHANGES TO ORDER

Forgot something? No worries- you can make changes to your order up to 48 hours before delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know that sometimes things change. Cancellations with 48 hours notice before delivery is scheduled will receive a full refund. Unfortunately we can’t refund orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT

With sufficient notice, we do our utmost best to ensure that all dietary requirements are considered, however, nuts are used in our kitchen. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate severe allergies. Dietary requirements will incur an additional $2.

DIETARY OPTIONS

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available. Dietary options incur an additional fee of $2.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

To reduce our footprint, all orders between Taroona and Glenorchy are delivered via bicycle courier. In keeping with our quest to create positive change, all of your goodies will come packaged in cardboard boxes, not plastic. We’d love it if you repurposed your clean boxes, and if this isn’t possible, pop them in your recycling bin!
